GENERAL
These General Conditions apply to all offers and to all agreements of Bluesdvd.nl.
Bluesdvd.nl reserves the right to change or adjust these conditions from time to time.
By using the internetsite of Bluesdvd.nl and/or by placing an order the buyer accepts these General Conditions as well as all other rights and obligations as mentioned on this internetsite.
PRICES
The prices mentioned for our products are given in Euro's, including VAT (BTW), but excluding treatment and shipping costs, potential taxes or other charges, unless mentioned otherwise or agreed upon in writing.
PAYMENT
Payment should be done in advance of delivery within 10 days. As soon as we have received your payment, your order wil be dealt with. If you fail to supply the due amount of money Bluesdvd.nl is authorized to postpone or to cancel (the realization of) the deal.
DELIVERY
We deliver worldwide. Shipment of the ordered goods takes place when your payment has been received. Your order wil be send via TNT Post in a secured envelop in a standard fashion.
Bluesdvd.nl cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding, damage, delay, or inproper delivery of orders or wrong announcements that result from the usage of Internet, nor as a consequence of the actions of third parties during shipment.
POSTAGE COSTS
The postage costs within the Netherlands amount to € 1,95. For all other European countries the postage costs will be € 2,95. The postage costs for countries outside Europe amount to € 11,95. These postage costs apply to each order. If you order several DVDs at once, then the postage cost always remains the same.
DELIVERY TIMES
As soon as your payment has been fully processed, provided that they have been released and are in stock, the DVDs you have ordered will be sent to you within 3-5 days. The delivery time will be achieved with 95% of orders but is merely an indication and not a so-called 'last day'. That is to say, you can derive no rights from it. Should a DVD not be delivered on time, then you will receive a message to this effect via e-mail. The maximum delivery period is thirty working days.
A longer delivery time applies to orders from countries other than the Netherlands. You should then count on a minimum of 3 to 12 working days in addition to the standard delivery time. This is naturally dependent on the country from where the order originates.
Exceeding any form of delivery period on our part shall give you no right to any form of compensation whatsoever.
PARTIAL DELIVERY
If an order for several products cannot be executed at the same time, it may occur that you will receive a so-called 'partial delivery'. Your order will be dispatched in no more than two shipments. This is the case, for example, if only one out of several ordered products is at stock. Of course, extra shipping costs will not be charged.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
In case you did place a wrong order, you should send an E-mail to info@bluesdvd.nl within 24 hours after placing your order. Mention your order number in the E-mail. We will take care to cancel your order. Any possible payment will be reversed.
RETURN TO SENDER
DVDs can only be returned in the original, unopened and undamaged packing material/seal within 7 days. This must be done in consultation via E-mail (info@bluesdvd.nl) beforehand. You will then pay for the shipping costs.
DVDs that were ordered especially for you cannot be exchanged nor returned!
PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of our customers and we take great care that the personal data you provide us when placing an order wil be treated carefully and confidentially. The data will be stored in our customers file and will exclusively be used for processing your order, your payment, and the delivery. We will not use your data for anything else.
Bluesdvd.nl does not sell your data.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only provide your data to third parties that are involved in carrying out your order. Our employees and the third parties we engage are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
LIABILITY
The contents of the Bluesdvd.nl website has been composed with great care. However, we cannot give guarantees as to the nature or the content of the information present on this site and we cannot be hold responsible for this information.
INTELLUCTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP
A buyer has to completely and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial rights of ownership such as copyright that rests on the products delivered by Bluesdvd.nl. Bluesdvd.nl does not guarantee that the products delivered to the customer do not violate some-one's right on any (unwrittten) Intelluctual and/or industrial rights of ownership of third parties.
ACCEPTING GENERAL CONDITIONS
By filling out the order form or by any other way of placing an order at Bluesdvd.nl, you are accepting the General Conditions, as well as the fact that these conditions form part of the purchase agreement between you and Bluesdvd.nl.
