DELIVERY TIMES
As soon as your payment and order has been fully processed, the DVDs you have ordered, provided that they have been released and are in stock, will be sent to you within 3-5 days. A longer delivery time applies to orders from countries other than the Netherlands. You should then count on a minimum of 3 to 12 working days in addition to the standard delivery time. This is naturally dependent on the country of origin of the order.
(NOTE: Although we deliver from stock, it occasionally occurs that a DVD is sold out. This is also indicated during the ordering process. In the event a delivery takes longer than indicated for these reasons, we hope for your understanding.)
METHOD OF SHIPMENT
Your order is shipped in a protective envelope and delivered by the TNT Post/UPS postman. It is usually not necessary to be at home because the envelope will fit through the letterbox. With boxed sets or larger orders this is regrettably otherwise. If TNT Post/UPS does not find you at home, then a notification is left. You can pick up the shipment from your nearest post office with this notification.
POSTAGE COSTS
The postage costs within the Netherlands amount to € 1,95. For all other European countries the postage costs will be € 2,95. The postage costs for countries outside Europe amount to € 11,95. These postage costs apply to each order. If you order several DVDs at once, then the postage cost always remains the same.
